Story of Timro Mero Saath:
‘Timro Mero Saath’ is a triangular love story of Varun, Sakshi, and Arpita. Varun is a successful businessman who is living happily with his wife, Dr. Arpita. Dr. Sandip Chhetri is their common friend. When Varun starts his dream project, his ex-girlfriend Sakshi comes into his life. Sakshi reminds Varun about their love, but Varun wants to be loyal to his wife and forget the past. Varun blames Sakshi for their breakup, whereas Sakshi blames Varun.
Sakshi is trying to get Varun back into her life, and Varun is doing his best to get Sakshi out of his life. He takes the help of his friend Sandip, but unfortunately, Arpita finds out about Varun and Sakshi. Then comes the twist in their lives where Varun, Sakshi, and Sandip get involved. Will Arpita forgive Varun ? Will Sakshi be able to reclaim her ex-lover Varun? Find out the details by watching the movie at the theater.
Review of Timro Mero Saath:
The trailer for Timro Mero Saath has created curiosity, but the movie lacks a solid output. The movie’s story has the scope for bringing out a good output, but the screenplay fails miserably. Let’s start with the positive ones and then discuss what went wrong.
Strength And Weakness:
Timro Mero Saath’s story looks like a complete love story, but the post-intermission movie goes more towards suspense. The movie’s story had scope, but the execution went wrong. There is love, there is tragedy, and there is suspense, but none of them will reach your heart. Everything is expressed through the dialogue, and the audience has to understand the actor’s dialogue, which is a major minus point.
The suspense of the movie could have been executed properly, which could have made the movie go well at the climax, but the screenplay slips at various places. Especially when the main antagonist himself reveals the suspense to Sakshi, which was not necessary. And again, Sakshi finds out about the suspense when she reaches the antagonist’s home. But the movie moves on to creating suspense, which won’t create curiosity in the audience. Also, Sakshi confessing to Varun doesn’t give any logic.
It looks like the director and writer were more dependent on the lead actors, so they missed focusing on the screenplay more. But the star cast of the movie couldn’t bring audiences to theaters at opening, and now the movie needs strong word-of-mouth publicity, for which the weak screenplay drops the possibility.
The music of the movie is one of its major strong points. But the songs couldn’t be promoted properly. ‘Rumalai Batarera’ had the possibility to create hype over Tiktok, which could make the movie more hot, but the songs of the movie couldn’t get as popular as they had to be. ‘Josh Chha Jawaniko’s song and choreography are also noteworthy.
The movie is written by Shabir Shrestha, who is also an executive producer of the movie. The screenplay by Shabir Shrestha lacks the strength to make the movie good. The story and concept of the movie had scope, but the screenplay couldn’t connect with the audience. The screenplay relies on the actors to show the love, tragedy, and suspense rather than making the audience feel what the actor is feeling. Neither screenplay could create curiosity about the suspense.
The dialogues written by Shabir Shrestha and Baburam Niraula don’t offer anything new and interesting. Khadga Bahadur Pun is in the movie for comedy, but it will irritate you rather than make you laugh. The same old style of adding comedy to the movie to make the audience laugh won’t work now.
Director Ramesh Mk Poudel has done well on his first attempt at directing a movie. He has the caliber to make a good movie if he selects a good script. He has attempted to show the new generation’s love story and the conflict. He has directed three popular actors with a good story, but a good director can’t make a good movie with a weak screenplay. That happened with Timro Mero Saath.
Ramesh Mk Poudel is also the producer of the movie. He had produced two movies earlier, and this time he is debuting as a director with this movie. I give him a pass mark for trying his best to execute the movie with his weak screenplay.
Cinematography of Shiva Dhakal is good. Bikram Karki’s background score is average. Songs composed by Shuvash Bhusal and Yogesh Kaji are good. Shahil Khan has done good work on the trailer.
Star Cast:
Samragyee Rl Shah is the highlight of the movie. Her performance is good but doesn’t offer anything new compared to what she has done before. She looks gorgeous as well as adding value to the screen. Her performance on the song ‘Josh Chha Jawaniko’ wins the heart.

Pushpa Khadka, as an innocent lover boy as well as a businessman, looks good. Although the script doesn’t allow him more scope, he does well. His pairing with both actresses looks good.
Sandip Chhetri, as Dr. Sandip, is a good treat for his fans. You shouldn’t expect comedy from him, but his role will win your heart.
Emily Lama as Dr. Arpita has done good job. Her performance doesn’t look like her debut one. Saroj Khanal, as Arpita’s father, adds value. Khadga Bahadur Pun’s role is wasted because he neither makes you laugh nor has any impact.
Conclusion:
All said and done, Timro Mero Saath can be watched by die-hard fans of Samragyee, Sandip, and Puspa, as they won’t let you down on their performance. Director Ramesh Mk Poudel has a caliber and hope he selects good script for his second directorial venture.
